The Dilbert Mobile service is provided by Tarsin (Europe) Limited and its subsidiary Tarsin Inc., collectively referred to in this document as Tarsin, and Universal Uclick. The Dilbert Mobile application and any personal information you provide to Tarsin Inc., is stored on Tarsin's servers which reside in the US. Any personal information provided will be transferred to the US. Tarsin will have access to your information only for purposes of providing assistance to you and for any billing purposes. Dilbert Mobile is provided free to you by Tarsin Inc and Universal Uclick. Depending on your carrier and plan, message and data rates may apply.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

Mobile Content Delivery

From the phone:

Blackberry users:

Blackberry users can download and install Dilbert Mobile from the Blackberry App World™.

iPhone users:

iPhone users can download and install the Dilbert Mobile application with their iTunes account at the iPhone App Store.

Nokia OVI Store users:

Dilbert Mobile can be downloaded and installed from the Nokia OVI Store for supported Nokia phones.

Other Phone users:

In the USA and Canada send Dilbert to 96584 (Msg&Data rates may apply), to receive a text with a link in it to download and install Dilbert Mobile to supported phones.

In the United Kingdom send Dilbert to 86329 (Msg&Data rates may apply), to receive a text with a link in it to download and install Dilbert Mobile to supported phones.

How to get help or support:

To get help, email us at support@mobile.dilbert.com. Those users in the USA may call our toll free number at 1-800-601-9406. From your mobile phone, you can request our contact information at any time by texting HELP to 96584 (Msg&Data rates may apply).

How to Opt-Out:

To "Opt-Out" and/or cancel your use of the Dilbert Mobile service, text STOP to 96584 (Msg&Data rates may apply) and you will be unsubscribed from Dilbert Mobile service immediately.

Legal Information

THIS SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS-IS" WITH NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. DILBERT MOBILE DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESS AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

NEITHER DILBERT MOBILE NOR ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, COMPENSATORY, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING IN ANY MANNER FROM USE OF THE Dilbert Mobile SOFTWARE, WHETHER UNDER CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER CAUSE OF ACTION, EVEN IF IT HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF TIME, INCONVENIENCE, COMMERCIAL LOSS, INVASION OF PRIVACY/VIOLATION OF RIGHT TO PUBLICITY, OR LOST PROFITS, SAVINGS, REVENUES OR LOST BUSINESS. ALL SUCH DAMAGES ARE DISCLAIMED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT SUCH MAY BE DISCLAIMED BY LAW.

Some states and jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, or limitation on the length of an implied warranty, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This agreement affects specific legal rights you may have, which may vary from state to state or from one jurisdiction to another.

You agree to establish an account with Dilbert Mobile and keep that account for your own, personal, use;
You agree not to access or attempt to access the information of other users without their permission;
You agree not to access or attempt to access ("hack") the Dilbert Mobile site or Tarsin (Europe) Limited software in any way;
You agree not to use the Dilbert Mobile site or software for bulk commercial solicitation ("spam") via email, SMS, MMS, or by any other method or message service;
You agree to keep saved comics to a reasonable number, as determined by Tarsin (Europe) Limited;
You agree that you will not use the Dilbert Mobile site for any purpose that is illegal under any applicable laws.

Violation of these terms may result in Tarsin (Europe) Limited removing your Dilbert Mobile privileges for a period of time or permanently, and you may be subject to a fine or other punishment by your local governmental authorities for illegal or prohibited use. Tarsin (Europe) Limited, its website, and Dilbert Mobile are owned and operated by Tarsin (Europe) Limited. Tarsin (Europe) Limited agrees to let you use the Dilbert Mobile application to download and store Dilbert Comic Strips as managed by Dilbert Mobile if you agree to this Terms of Use Policy. If you don't agree, you can't use Dilbert Mobile.

You agree not to use the Service:

for any unlawful purposes;
to upload, post, order for print, email or otherwise transmit or communicate any material that is obscene, offensive, blasphemous, pornographic, unlawful, threatening, menacing, abusive, harmful, an invasion of privacy or publicity rights, defamatory, libelous, vulgar, illegal or otherwise objectionable;
to harm minors in any way, including, but not limited to, content that violates child pornography laws, child sexual exploitation laws and laws prohibiting the depiction of minors engaged in sexual conduct;
to forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any content transmitted through the Service;
to upload, post, email or otherwise transmit any material which is likely to cause harm to Tarsin Inc. or anyone else's computer systems, including but not limited to that which contains any virus, code, worm, data or other files or programs designed to damage or allow unauthorized access to the Service which may cause any defect, error, malfunction or corruption to the Service;
to transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, junk mail, spam, chain letters, pyramid schemes, or any other form of solicitation;
to impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise to misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity;
or to collect, intercept or harvest screen names, to collect, intercept or store personal data about other users of the Service or to solicit or attempt to discover a user's password, screen name or other registration information without the user's express knowledge and consent.
