The lower part of the handle of the racket isn't shown in panel 6, so they could both be pink..and the beginner's racket has an extra dot which is not present on the racket in the last panel.

I don't thing so 'cause on the "colorful beginner's racket" no strings were shown. And "Titanium Alloy Deathstick 3000" got 'em :)
Dogbert is holding what looks like the colorful beginner's racket shown in panel 3, but if I'm following the strip correctly that was supposed to be the Deathstick 3000? I have the feeling I'm missing something..
