Technically, I think that's the Karate Chop Kill Shot. Must not have worked though, so it evolved into the fatalistic Fist of Death.

*sigh* There is some truth to this strip. My dad's workplace made all the male employees watch a video abow to be respectful to other people. Women and minorities didn't have to. It seemed unfair.
