I have to admit that I tried that after reading this strip... Both my hands always chose the same shape even though i had predetermined the outcome... You gotta give him at least some credit for having some coordination.
Well, either that or mock me for being so uncoordinated.
I'm going to say that PHB decided that his right hand is him and his left hand is Dilbert. If his left hand won then Dilberts project is approved. It seems PHB doesn't now how to play the game but subconsciously decided he lost and therefor approved Dilberts project.
