I agree that on rare occasions hysterik gets blasted even when he manages to find something witty to write...this was not one of these occasions. It was a bad joke that wasn't even accurate to what was going on in the strip, something the next poster pointed out as well.
Why would you want to do that? That takes out of all the fun of constant rejection, self esteem issures, paying for dates, anxiety, pressure, grooming, raising ungratefull kids, paying for college....hmmmm. Divide! Divide!
This strip demonstrates why we read Dilbert. In many comics you have to read through a hole strip just to get to a minor chuckle. (On Sunday it can take a while.) But here we get a chuckle and two good laughs in just three drawings.
