My boss doesn't fit into any of those catagories, I am happy to say. She was in my position for 10 years before getting promoted so she is probably even more qualified to do my job than I am. She gives credit where credit is due, even so far as trying to get me a little extra over-time by helping out her boss with some things that aren't exactly part of our job description, but I have the skills needed to do them.

She really is an awesome boss! She doesn't even care what we do once all the work is done, so long as the big wigs don't catch us. And we have gotten good at hiding. (~B

Even better, the boss she took over for was just like she is. His predecessor was a slave driver. You had to be doing something productive every minute of the day, even if there was litterally nothing else to do.

P.S. Just in case you were wondering, I am at work right now.

My old boss at Arby's was the "Over-Promoted" one.

I had a "Perfect Boss" ... ironically (and sadly) she did pass away.... of natural causes... I can't recall if it was a thursday though.

The best one is probably the Moses. In the right situation, you can easily take initiative and go over his head. That or Hostage taker since you can make them stop by behaving really strange.
