I didn't see the post by tfulmer1. I agree with him. I guess I should have "checked" to see if someone had already "posted" my thoughts on "quality".

The squirrel could also be putting quotes around the word "quality" with his fingers.

I think tfulmer has hit the nail on the head.It greatly amuses me that quality is in quotes!!
& @Mikker. I've often wondered if Scott is one of us - amusing himself by pretending to be a fan. Maybe even Stormthehouse and/or histerik etc, just to see the response of his fans.

Perhaps the squirrel is making quotation marks with his hands since "quality" is listed as quotation marks?Hard to say...

Clearly the floating squirrel is trying to attract attention. Though you or I might find floating critters unusual, the previous panels indicate that PHB does not. So unless the squirrel wants to be ignored entirely, it needs to wave its arms to even get PHB to look.
