Beautiful! Surprise lies at the heart of most humor. Here the setup with "wind in my hair" was so obvious, but who saw "arms up" coming? Most cartoonists would have been satisfied with rolled eyes and, "wind in your hair?" as the punchline. But that would've been just another bald joke. This is beautiful.
