I don't see the similarity. The book had a male protagonist who was betrayed by an ex-girlfriend who filed sexual harassment charges against him. There were no references to the glass ceiling and at no point did a woman dress up to look like her boss. The book was decent, though the ending was similar to the book “Nineteen Eighty-Four”, which was the first book I ever got angry at.
