The strips *are* now indexed - see the "Keyword search" box right above the strip on the right.
It seems the term "pointy-haired" has been used on 2 prior occasions (technically one of them uses "pointy-hair"), but neither time it was followed by the literal word "boss". Both times it did refer to the PHB character though.
It seems the index goes beyond actual text, even - if you search for "coffee" for example, strips showing a coffee mug are found. And there's a lot of those (as there should be :).
