Yep, to me Ratbert stands for the hapless innocent. Maybe Asok is the next level when knowledge is obtained but he is powerless to apply it.But I have to wonder why a rat would want pantyhose ... LOL!

Maybe they'd let him try on 'a' pair, but they wouldn't let him try on "ALL the pantyhose in the store." I love Ratbert. Next to Wally, he's my favorite character in the strip. So happy-go-lucky and completely devoid of knowledge.
