Wally mentions the wind factor for the PHB in a strip as a reason why he was late for work. The strip ends with Wally mentioning that he got to get a car some day. Can't remember which one it was though,
Atually Wally was the driver for his car pool a couple hundred strips back, the joke was about he dressing up on the way to work. I don't remember of many mentions to bus rides.
