That's a very practical look at the face value of my comment, Ventifact. However, I was implying the 'diagram' on the wall might be meant to 'look' like lungs (and as you say be a useful tool for doctors in explaining a diagnosis) however, I happen to wonder if the diagram is lungs, or... yikes - are those testicles?! Not sure what SA was drawing there.

Um... are those lungs on the wall? SA never claimed to be a great artist, but there's something unnerving about that image on the wall.

This one was hilarious! I have known a couple of guys who just absolutely refused to change diapers on their children. Only one of them had legitimate reasons for not doing so; this comic hits many men right between the eyes.
