"I have to unplug it to turn it off!" That sounds suspiciously like a Mac to me - 1999 was just about the time that Apple kicked their OS to a Unix based one.Whatever it is; I'm still laughing. Having been in the IT industry for so long and after all of the people who have wanted help with their desktop/laptops over the years makes it that much more poignant.
