There's not enough paper in the world, but by definition, there is enough storage in the world to storage at least the current contents of the Internet. It's arguably possible to store all the contents of the Internet ever, and of course, it would be a "hard copy", but not in the way typically meant.

Apart from the Internet Archive and the NSA though, not too many people have anywhere near that type of storage or dedication...
