Ok, I get it now. But IHs has a point. You can get a hand warmer app for some cellphones.

You could conceivably do that with software though. Write a program that runs the CPU so hot that the insides start smoldering. The smoke released reduces the weight, and then have the user point the exhaust fan at their keyboard to warm it.There is potential however for adverse effects...
