Thank goodness this is a cartoon strip and not a comercial. I love Dogbert's sarcasm and Ratbert's comments.

To explain for the simple reader, talking animals and the use of sarcasm and other crap in commercials amuses morons.

I don't get this one either, really.
All I know is that advertisements need more talking cats. Seriously, the popularity of a product is directly proportional to the number of objects resembling talking animals. (Tyrannosaurus Alan, anyone?)
