They certainly do. The compass points in one direction, but they deliberately go the other way. It´s just easier.

Not only is spinner on the plus-side (I gave him one too), but more people has bothered to give Plasma thumb down than vote for the strip. He is in fact more unpopular than Dilbert is popular. Nice works.
