@Pto, actually, Plasma's goal is to post on every strip, not to disturb the forum. and as for the fact that he posts first (sahir), that is simply because he got to the website before many other people.
This is exactly how my time is spent at work, except my boss also emails me instructions to send emails in reply to people who had emailed her questions.
Some observations about the Plasma issue:
1. He is really a troll, because clearly his intent is to disturb the forum with meaningless comments. Evidence: his post on this strip is exactly the same, found in several other strips. I bet he just copy&paste a phrase from a file and post it to the forum.
2. He is winning the game, because people around here, apparently, gave up posting comments about the strip, just to shoot at the Plasma's comments. I agree with Galdon: the flaming posts are annoying.
So what if he/she comments first, and so what if it is usually mundane. This time it was fine. Galdon is right, after looking at strips for the past few hours and relatively few comments, even I'm sick of you guys. Give it a rest.
Raider13: insightful? I think the spellchecker just didn't get what you were trying to type - they are not that good. Unless you mean it is full on inciting, as in inciting a fight? In which case it would be a neologism...
I think Plasma just abhors an empty comments field. Notice he is usually the first commenter? Maybe he is the webmaster in a cunning disguise. From his gift of stating the obvious I also suspect she's my flatmate though, and she's not working.
