I think some are missing the point of panel 2. When dogbert says "okay" this doesn't express agreement, but rather means "yeah, yeah, whatever floats your boat, as long as you scratch my back."
My best friend's father, who happens to be a pastor, used to have this hanging up in his office at the church and on his fridge at home. I think we can all relate to being on both sides of this coin.
