No, this is real! My former company had such some of this system one called t-spirit is used to inspire works to give "top excellece" will the company did loandumbing. The point where "important" for your perfomance review. (Also I noticed no significant difference compared to the fraud they did on the earlier performance reviews...)The other system was more like this, it was collecting virtual points "digits" for giving "hints" who of your friends, parents, pals could use the companies product. (You get 10 cent or less for every person making an 1200 Euro contract..., beside this fact, it was a good chance to get rid of pals, friends and people you like, because this companies support & products are crap... like the products of nearly every isp.)

Sounds like one of those grade-school fundraisers where you get all these glorious prizes, but only if you sell like... 1,000 items... you get a rocket ship or something >_< rofl
