That is a true story: where I once worked a partner called only to ask if the Email arrived which actually was a copy of a fax he sent! Then he went on, reading the content of the fax...

RE: bosox04

Lately all of your comments are just stupid and pathetic, they're different words, go ahead and look them up.

Once, I asked a question out load. It was a really simple question and probably only required a 2 word answer. The guy beside me emailed me the answer. It's that day that I realized some people are simply just insane.

My favorite is when someone sitting right behind me emails me a question, then turns to tell me they've just emailed me. Moments later they ask if I received the email. As soon as I get the email I notice it's a stupid question that would have taken 2 seconds to ask and even less to answer back.

Both valid points, "chrisgriff" & "almcicoll". However, the REAL reason people do this (PHB included/excluded) is because many (most) people (knuckleheads) have the attention span of gnats (tiny, little insects) and would ignore the voicemail, miss the fax, forget the email, etc, etc, etc.

It is to insure you meatheads get the msg.
