Somehow it doesn't look like the Virgin Islands to me. Can anyone make out that license plate number?...

He landed in the US Virgin Islands, they drive on the Left side of the road, but 99% of the cars are still Left Hand Drive.

No the tube is not long its just so the face can be shown he is not driving not steering wheel.

That's a long tube, as he seems to have landed in the UK, Hong Kong, or Australia where they drive on the left side of the road.
