no matter how wide or big the bottle is, the speed of anything entering or leaving it is only as fast as it can get through the neck of the bottle.

Kayzie....sheesh....try to get a lot of things from a large bottle...through a smaller bottle neck, it slows things down.

Or just substitute bottle neck for log jam.
