Well, what I meant was that I once went to a restaurant and through the entire meal I was pitched a pyramid scheme built around selling health food products; the products were based on a (supposedly) biblical diet.
Not coincidentally, in those days I lived in a Seventh-day Adventist community, where many adherents believed the Hebrew scriptures describe the diet God intends us to eat (e.g. Adam and Eve, before sin entered the world, only ate plants). On the whole, SDA's seem to have less obesity than other groups, but I think that comes from an emphasis on health and exercise rather than simply a vegetarian or vegan diet. After all, potato chips are vegan.
Now, if one could eat manna all day ... that would be a biblical diet worth trying.
