Um, OK, first off, yes. They have plastic plants. Secondly, assuming the PHB found savings in replacing the plastic trees with real ones at some point, I'm sure there's a tree somewhere in the world that gets peed on every day by some wacky little kid. So it's hard to believe this is the 'unluckiest' tree.
PS: Has SA ever admitted that the exterior building pictures with dialogue are merely proof that he's too lazy to draw people at times? No offense of course. Still one of the funniest comics out there.

Agreed: just having the last panel on its own is equally as funny, if not more so!
