Ha! Obviously I am not the only one doing that to my boss. My boss is so clueless that I don't think I have ever got a single useful suggestion to my work from her. I always give her my work in mid-project, let her ruin it, then take it back, fix it, eventually return the ready product, let her smear it some more, clean it up, and finally return it with words: "I did it just as you requested". It amazes me how someone with so little practical knowledge of anything useful can be a leader.
The truth is she is doing more harm than good with her haphazard and uneducated decisions...
