In my English class we're working on "persuasive writing," and I had to write about how I would convince an employer to hire me instead of one of two other candidates (as if I were talking to the prospective employer). I have read a lot of Dilbert, so I started with "You know, I went to high school with that man. Well, for two years at least. He transferred. I heard that the workload was too hard for him."
