I think this might be D. daydreaming. It is easier to stuff a camel through a needle than get a manager to explain why he does stuff.

My boss is even more "progressive" and efficient, he does the same thing, but doesn't even waste the time to tell me how his lack of explanations will be blamed on me later on. I guess that makes him a smart-stupid boss
