This really is on the mark for me, it is a big truth, I think, particularily women in the work place who are expected to be "nice" when their mail co-workers express intolerance on a regular basis ,but that is not expected from a woman so there really is a gender bias. This is my favorite strip so far because it really hits home for me.!
