@MyPC8MyBrain ~ yeah it's usually every 3-6 or so months on my GE, but there are all kinds of filters i recommend finding the manual on your fridge most times the manufacturer tapes it to the back in a plastic bag.

The filter in the refrigerator requires servicing ? I did not know that.
