You just can´t win against PHB arguing. How do you reason with a guy who stopped listening and stopped caring a long time ago??

I had this happen when a vendor delivered squat after allot of big talk. I didn't get the lazy thing I got the me and my crystal ball should have seen this coming and made things better before they happened. This caused me to leave and work for myself (which turned out well) and my boss was "Let go" two months later. I would like to think it was over me leaving but he was also a flat out moron. Justice feels good.
