You apparently haven't work for a real corporation. Only an idiot would spend money to surveil (yes, it is a word) their employees. They want to see the employee, not what the employee's looking at. Why? Have half your brain removed, and then it will suddenly make sense. At least, that's my observation about people who come up with these ideas!
