Anti-Dilbert must be suspended in an absolute vacuum - his feet can't even touch the floor, or annihilation will occur. Even normal, non-anti air would cause annihilation if it touched anti-Dilbert (which is why they couldn't hear each other like carultch said - no medium to carry the sound).
Interesting trivia: anti-matter is by far the most expensive material ever produced on earth.
Of course this being a cartoon, thinking about any of this too logically will suck the funny out of it...
