I'm with stargirl on this, though by now I'm 17 and I gave up helping people with Office as soon as they started using the new version. I use OpenOffice and can't find anything in the new Office! Instead I have a Ubuntu HTPC driving a 55" plasma and 5.1 system, a $400 laptop running compiz at full, and dual screens on my desktop, so most of the questions that I get resemble "how do you do that!?"
Spot on, though when people come to me with painfully easy questions that shows they haven't taken 2 minutes to look around, I just go there and ask specific questions until they find out for themselves. Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day, teach him how to fish and he will never bother you again, that's my philosophy and it works.
