I love this strip ! Esp the abrupt turn of events in the final slot. We had a guy JUST like this who loved complicating stuff and speaking utter noonsense, though he was never nominted for employee of the month !

when I read this strip, a thought appeared, that it might just as well be a former Asok-type intern, who also came to the company once, full of optimism, new ideas and good will. And then reality bit really hard...
The boss obviously thought the loon was a genius, hence selecting him for Employee of the Month, before they carted him back to the housing with rubber walls.
