I think it is more likely that he is a hologram manipulated by Dogbert, which is a good way to get enough money to rule the world - especially with the government bailout...Anyway, how did he manage to push Dilbert through the window? Magnetic force perhaps?
Either that or Dilbert threw himself so he could, with his lawsuit, "narrow the gap between executive and worker pay".
