The difference between chatel or partner. Owner or slave; free or in bondage. employeers interpretations of employees rights as well as the humanity of thier employees is the difference between functional and dsynfuctional families. All relations in employemewnt is relations between !$%*!$% either funictional or nonfunctional.
It has been my prevelge to see both extremes.

The Fundamental dignity of man.
When employed by a company to do a job there is both a written and unwritten code of conduct. One the employer is to provide wages for services produced. The other is employee’s duty is to do the services of the employer that is reasonable and fair. Part of that contact is also the dignity of the work the quality of the environment. Also the rules of what a person is supposed to do or not to do I.E. a persons actions or inactions are. My last job I violated or I should say I was goaded into my employment loss. The company tried to save me but the brown noses dumped me not my company.
However some environments can become very distressing to the employees. I am not speaking my last employer but one that I worked at during 2004. I did not sign a nondisclosure agreement I did not sign a piece of paper saying I cannot say anything bad about them. I like to jerk some of those jerks who jerked me. I understand to “repay evil for evil” but the truth also needs to be told. This is a far better form of punishment then going and seeking revenge. I worked for a dysfunctional workplace in 1998 to 2004. The actions of the employees and employer went form simple taunts to direct threats of workplace violence and intimidation. That is the only employer where I felt unionization was necessary. They fortunately out of business. Abusive employers and employees should not be allowed to be in business. As far as I am concerned it is my right and my duty to tell my story of abuse either thru humor or other examples. Dilbert is a beloved character to me because I can understand the exploitation in technology today of employs the lack of respect and dignity of employment in the IT industry. Which gives no understanding and nano-second patience expects everything to be done their way or else.
This rant is part of my manifesto to this industry and what is part of the employee to employer contact. That employer and employees violated that contract. They deserved to be punished. Out of business is one form of punishment they are fortunately out of business however some rement remain and they still complicate my life even to this day. The employees make the product service the cars , clean your hard drives connect your fiber optic networks , aligning your microwave repeaters , set up your satellite receivers install memory come to a person who has nowhere to turn when they need there computer.
Wouldn’t it be nice to say thank you; instead of giving them the sack writing them up teasing them by whistling how fat your profit margins are. These profit margins are built on people some wag slaves. It is this American IT industry has become an unholy Microsoft controlled world hell bent on !$%*!$%* the American worker into the ground.
This is a mega whine. Just like Martin Luther King nailed his grievces of the Church in Germany it changed the world. This new media can also clean up the wrongs.
