I've been inquiring about why he's been living with Dilbert when Dogbert is so unbelievably powerful, but I forgot about his being so unbelievably unprincipled. The whole point is to crush the poor guy. I'll bet that he's even forcing him to buy the food and utilities via blackmail.
It's mighty petty when you think about it. I mean, he could easily afford a penthouse in Abu Dhabi, along with his own harem, but he slums with Dilbert for the sole purpose of making him miserable...
