Of course Dogbert is fixed, why else does he rain so much abuse on Dilbert (and rest of the world)? Hitler had one testicle, look how much damage he reeked just to make up for all the testosterone.
The reason Alice offers "fists of death" to table for Dogbert's pleasure is a v a g i n a is useless to a male animal with no b a l l s , so offering herself a finely tuned high caliber weapon to Dogbert's arsenal is the alternative. Takes the funny out when have to explain everything. What's PHB got to do with this, Alice is looking for single, intelligence and a bankroll? PHB would overlook his own nose trying to figure out where to put the hank if he had to sneeze...
