I don't think he's talking about the toilet so much as what might be IN the toilet...

We have a toilet at work with a plastic bag over that has been like that for a long time. I had a great idea, if you end up assigned a toilet, bag it and wait for facilities to find it in a couple months. Imagine if it catches on and most of the toilets in the building are bagged. People running from floor to floor looking for a working toilet would be hilarious. (This is a Man thing, so don't get mad at the idea)

So "Timmy" is the name of Dilberts newly adopted toilet. Had me wondering for a second.

All the engineers have developed a secret policy of not showing theses types of comics to management. When the comic came out about the Company cutting back on Janitorial support and asked for the employees to start doing it, they tried to make it a policy here with in a month.

I saw a toilet at work with a plastic bag over it for a long time. Some one wrotten "Timmy R.I.P" on the bag already.

When I first saw this I was worried that it might give my management ideas - then I remembered, my management is part of the bureaucratic clueless, so I'm not as worried - but I won't post it at work - I'll end up with twins - Timmy and Tommy.
