I can see how someone would consider this as "random," but I chuckled out loud over it. IMO, it's a funny take on how people over-stereotype cultures. When a cartoonist half-asses, he/she rehashes an old joke. This as anything but, as far as I can tell.

Let me be the first to say this was extremely random. Not funny random, that's good, I like that. This was just a 'slap something together for the hell of it' type of random that just says 'filler'. Not funny, not cool, not a good comic. :
