I started my first job in IT getting 20% below the industry award, as all of the technicians. That's assuming we only did as many hours as we were paid for, we would have needed to take about 90 minutes' break time per day more than we did for that to be the case, and not come in early or leave late.

I wonder how PHB will go about lower the industry average. At most he could lower the company average. Bold claim by PHB!

Don't forget to add after reassigning Ted: and once the industry average is low enough, fire Ted. What else do you do with useful pawns?
