Perhaps, Scott, you need to work on your drawing of Mickey Mouse ears. This version looks a lot like a bullfighter's cap, so I was a little confused. Though I suppose a bullfighter could be representative of a management style, wherein at the end you stab your opponent to death and cut off his ear...
Maybe too clever for me. I was not aware of the idiomatic expression "Mickey Mouse Operation". It seemed to me though that Dilbert was dressed as a mouse, but I was not sure. The costume of Wally was more obvious and funny. Dilbert is dressed as a concept, wich is sometimes hard to find out if it is obscure like this.
