Generally it is the employees who give answers like these to their managers to try and fool them. Amongst themselves, they tend to be more open and resort to direct yes/no answers.
I don't understand this joke. Morgan's answer is perfectly clear. The short answer is "No, I don't have the results". The complete answer is: "I haven't begun the stress tests because doing so is completely pointless. Whatever results we would obtain would be invalid because the tests haven't been set up properly."
