I agree with jobthesecond, there's only so much web surfing one can do before the brain mushes. I work in reception at a government department, if I'm not dealing with visitors or angry couriers I'm surfing the net and reading Dilbert comics.
Ha ha! I am currently on temp assignment and everytime they run out of work for us to do, they just tell us to check the work we have already done. Even though we already complete a daily audit of our own work. I had a chance to take an early out and told the supervisor I would if they didnt have enough work (I for one get bored without enough work, there is only so much web surfing one can do before the brain mushes). Anyway, I was told I could stay or go, no indication of whether I would have work or not. Grrrrr!
