I think jaxid has a good point--that was actually my reaction as well: good line, but why doesn't Dilbert look the slightest bit disheveled?@gingineer: Actually, it's more like 93%.

Maybe it's the complicated technical lingo, like "software", "worky" and "no". My PHB and quite a few colleagues would have trouble with that. Come to think of it a surprising number of people don't seem to get the concept of "no".... or anything containing the word "work" for that matter.
