Actually, this one seems to be too random :P. Especially in the end. And to be honest, it doesn't suit for Dilbert to be so frustrated :P

Years of this treatment of a Dilbert is what produces a Wally. Learning not to care is how you cope. Becoming a manager is another strategy - but I'm being redundant. (And cynical, yes, I agree.)

This soooo reminds me of Govt Contracting. It's in your contract that you have to stop caring.
Caring people are such a burden when it comes to overcharging the taxpayer.....
