I don't know why but the beginning of Wally's statement in the last pane - "SO, RECAPPING WHAT WE KNOW FOR SURE..." made me laugh out louder than the rest. May be it is because a good meeting coordinator normally raps up the meeting with something like that.

It's strips like this that show why the PHB is in management and Wally is still a lowly underling-Wally is far too clever for management!

This should speed up Wally's transfer to missile guidance engineering. The PHB can't wait to get rid of him. Wouldn't it be a laugh if they promoted him to be PHB's boss and transferred him right back. That could very well happen in real life, but it would upset the dynamics of the comic strip.
