Is this to say that everyone confers with their garbage man about serious issues. First it was Dilbert, then dogbert & now Asok? Is this a very small town and this is the same person? Seem like the same sort of dialog. I see a bigger issue here.......
Have you ever gotten a cold that turned into bronchitis and maybe even eventually pneumonia? (I left out, like, a million commas.) I think that's what's happening here. His condition is worsening. It probably spread to all business events and then rampantly mutated into all lying. Could change to when anyone talks, even.
